Baby Freddy is just like our Freddy processor in every way apart from the fact it is half the size making it very suitable for people only planning to run a small number of vehicles. The chemicals are mixed in the top compartment while your oil is heated in the bottom tank. You then release the new chemical mixture using the valve so that the chemicals and the oil meet. The main reaction then occurs and takes between 45 minutes to an hour. The glycerine settles at the bottom of the tank is easy to drain away leaving you with 50 litres of crude biodiesel. All that needs to be done now is the washing which also takes place in the same unit making Baby Freddy a simple, self-contained and affordable way to make domestic quantities of fuel.
